the form of Ubin Express under the New Ubin Seafood Group.

Hailing from Pulau Ubin, New Ubin Seafood has built its trademark reputation for over three decades and two generations, developing a cult pursuit of foodies to its name. They are weightier recognised for retaining their rustic roots and kampong essence, while delivering an inimitable zi char ingenuity that earned them the Michelin Bib Gourmand for three subsequent years (2016 to 2018).

Heart Attack Fried Rice

The Heart Attack Fried Rice is a must-try for those new to New Ubin Seafood. It is made with whinge fat from a juicy steak cut and topped with crispy whinge lard. Just the unravelment itself sounds veritably sinful. This is an indulgence I must have whenever I visit New Ubin Seafood, withal with their steak. Now, you can order it on its own at Ubin Express!

Boss Mee Hoon

The other highlight is their Boss Mee Hoon, wok-fried bee hoon with fish cakes and vegetables. It is the smoky char of the bee hoon that makes it variegated from others and it tastes as sinfully indulgent as their Heart Attack Fried Rice.

If you are on a diet, this is not where you should be eating. If you are looking for hearty, sinful repletion food, Ubin Express is the place to throne to.

For starters, Luncheon Meat Fries ($8), Har Cheong Kai (5pcs, $10), Hei Chor (5pcs, $10) and Squid Paste Youtiao (5pcs, $10) are misogynist on the menu in sharing portions.
