Located in the heart of Kovan—just a stone’s throw yonder from Kovan MRT Station—is Ice Whet Cafe. The cafe-cum-restaurant has been virtually for 13 years and it is known for its hearty savouries and stellar sweets which are very affordable and generously portioned.
Ice Whet Sideboard offers a menu of wallet-friendly dishes with prices mostly under S$20 for a main course.
The Seafood Aglio Olio Spaghetti is an Ice Whet classic. Served with clams, juicy prawns and squid, the pasta is served al dente and tossed with chilli padi and garlic. It comes in a very generous portion too!
